whee coming to an end to 2007!
long time since i blogged a cheem post haha.
anw, read sing to the dawn again recently and came across this argument.
if all happy things must come to an end one day, isnt it more sensible to lead a monotnous life, deprived of happiness and sadness? this is a similar qn to what many ppl asked: would you rather have a up and down life, or a peaceful life?
for me, i'll deifnitely choose an up and down one. sadness and happiness comes in a pair, and most of the time, its a relative thing. for example if without the sadness of failing something, you wun feel the happiness of finally suceeding in it.
a life devoid of emotions is equivalent to living like a robot. i guess thats why lao tian ye always put us through so many tests.
live in the moment, love evry second of your life no matter how you wished you had done something differently! because in the end, if you believe, things will always work out (:
